Job Description:
As the Vice President of Products at Kyo Health, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, sales, and implementation of our flagship solution aimed at reducing hospital length of stay. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive product strategy, inspire cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers while achieving company objectives. The role will be virtual. The VP products will work with the various teams within Kyo Health virtually for the most part. There will be travel during sales pitches and product implementations.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Development:
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and goals. • Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of new features and enhancements to our solution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
2. Sales and Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling messaging and positioning for our product.
- Provide product expertise and support to sales efforts, including customer presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and value proposition optimization to drive sales success.
- Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and events to promote our solution and gather feedback.
3. Customer Implementation and Support:
- Oversee the successful implementation of our solution in hospital systems, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
- Collaborate with customer success and support teams to address customer needs and drive satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and future development efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Partner closely with executives, stakeholders, and team members to align product initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver maximum value.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, metrics tracking, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Deep knowledge of hospital care management workflows
- Intricate knowledge of current tools / technologies used to operationalize care management in hospital systems
- Expertise around factors that increase hospital LOS and tactics to address these challenges.
- Proven track record of success in product management, with at least [5] years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of healthcare technology, hospital operations, and clinical workflows.
- Experience bringing software products to market, with a focus on healthcare solutions preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
