Seismic continues to experience rapid growth, which has us in search of a senior leader within our Global Services organization. As our VP of Professional Services, you will own a critical piece of what drives the Seismic success story.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a Services Delivery business for a growth organization. This includes oversight of Project Management, Onboarding, Consulting, Outcome Based Expansion and Recurring Managed Services within our GTM organization.
  • Passionate about Customer Success by providing the vision and direction to implement and scale strategies and processes that deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Responsible for delivery success, including revenue, margin, retention, CSAT, and overall business efficiency.
  • Oversee transformation into business advisory & growth-oriented services to drive industry thought leadership in the Enablement space.
  • Identify KPIs and create strategies to fuel a balanced scorecard representing quality, efficiency, and value within a framework comprised of leading and lagging indicators.
  • Architect a proactive and efficient delivery model that aligns with our customer-focused approach.
  • Partner with Sales to implement scalable growth strategies that identify and drive expansion opportunities within the customer base that improve retention rates.
  • Grow key partner and channel relationships to enable our consulting business and regional expansion in collaboration with Partnerships team.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring needed to ensure we hire, train, and develop our teams – professionally and personally - so they provide excellent customer experience while delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Deep experience developing leaders to develop rich, growth-driven career paths and mentorship to fuel further professional development at all levels of the organization.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 15+ years of experience in Professional Services ideally focused in high growth SaaS environments and international expansion.
  • 10+ years of leading, managing, and scaling high performing teams in a SaaS environment, including building out KPIs and metrics that demonstrably drive to improved experiences.
  • Proven experience creating cohesive and executable business strategies including Vision, Strategies, Objectives, and Metrics within a framework such as VSEM, M2MOM, or equivalent – harnessing OKRs and leading/lagging indicators to achieve stated Vision.
  • Extensive experience leading in a fast paced and dynamic technology environment with clearly demonstrated results in owning service delivery.
  • Customer-driven mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve enterprise level customer problems.
  • Experience guiding the implementation of a complex SaaS solution and technical proficiency working with data and configuring a SaaS solution.
  • Experience owning business advisory or strategic consulting services at an enterprise level.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to explain complex concepts to a range of stakeholders, including strong executive presence and ability to align large organizations in a way that drives execution and clarity.
  • Proven program management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel (20-30%).
