The Role

As Vice President of Product Management for Analytics and End User Marketing at Ascenda, your leadership will catalyze the transformation of data into dynamic, actionable insights that propel user, customer, and merchant engagement to unprecedented heights. This role transcends traditional boundaries, inviting a strategic visionary to pioneer the integration of Analytics and marketing into a cohesive force that drives Ascenda's platform forward. Your expertise will craft an ecosystem where business intelligence and user engagement intersect seamlessly, fostering a data-driven culture that empowers merchants and customers alike. Through close collaboration with our engineering teams across continents, you'll bridge the gap between insights and action, ensuring Ascenda's offerings resonate on a global scale.   • An advanced degree holder in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with an MBA as a strong plus.

  • Over 14 years of experience in Product Management, including significant leadership roles, ideally within the Analytics and Marketing platforms/SaaS products.

  • A proven track record in building compelling value propositions for customers via data insights and visualizations that tell a unique story.

  • A natural leader, leading through the frontlines, who has successfully built and nurtured high-performing product teams, fostering an environment of mentorship and innovation.

  • Analytical and strategic in problem-solving, with a history of making data-driven decisions.An exceptional communicator and collaborator, adept at working across diverse cultures and time zones.
