Position Overview:
As Vice President of Operations, you will be a key member of our executive team and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our operational activities. You will oversee operations across multiple locations throughout Arkansas, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our mission and goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational performance and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all aspects of OPERATIONS, including but not limited to production, inventory management, supply chain, logistics, and facility management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support our mission and drive revenue growth.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Minimum of eight years of senior management experience in operations or related field.
Proven track record of success in leading and managing multifaceted operations.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
