Vice President & Loan Officer

We are seeking an Agriculture Loan Officer to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Incumbent manages and grows an assigned portfolio of loans that meet profitability and credit quality targets while maintaining a high level of credit administration. Marketing and Community Engagement is an expectation of this position.

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in agricultural business/management/marketing or finance and/or
• Minimum 10 years of experience in agricultural or commercial lendingor
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
• Expert knowledge and understanding of agricultural business or finance
• Expert interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of agricultural industry
• Working knowledge of marketing principles and practices
• Computer proficiency
