1. Assists in identifying opportunities to broaden and develop services through strategic business growth plans. Assures the direction, planning and evaluation of the delivery, management and overall operation of the services provided to achieve the intended strategic plan.
2. Collaborates to establish and implement the clinical expertise strategic plan for regional and ambulatory growth.
3. Plans for, develops and secures approval for capital and operating budgets. Grows a philanthropic program plan to support regional and ambulatory services strategic plan. Evaluates systems for cost reduction opportunities.
4. Develops, implements and evaluates all programs and services ensuring efficient clinical care, effective coordination of services, adherence to quality standards, and policies and procedures which describe how patient care needs are assessed, evaluated and met.
5. Develops and maintains statistical reports. Analyzes financial performance
6. Ensure integration and utilization of hospital information systems. Ensures accuracy of patient charge data and evaluates how to improve systems.
7. Ensures methodology and structure is in place to review and analyze program measures to improve patient care outcomes, efficiency, access, and customer satisfaction
