You would develop and oversee long and short-term strategic objectives, operating business plans, policies and budgets for our portfolio of properties. You would be doing whatever it takes to ensure that our residents have a phenomenal experience. You would cultivate leaders (District Managers and their teams), and ensure they have all the tools, goals, coaching, and support that they need to succeed in their day-to-day management of multiple properties. You would serve as a liaison and deeply collaborate with the home office team, executive team, and the field to achieve objectives. And you would ensure that our organization continues to flourish and exceed all financial and operational KPIs.
We are based in Denver, Colorado, and own/operate 40 manufactured housing communities in 7 states, including Colorado, Texas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico and North Carolina.

What we’ll expect from you and what you'll be doing:
- Leveraging your business acumen, operational experience, in depth knowledge of the local markets in each district, and your understanding of infrastructure and capital needs to develop, execute, and manage budgets and strategic plans, and oversee capital and home inventory investments
- Utilizing your extremely strong leadership skills to train, continuously develop, coach, and manage your team of District Managers to ensure that they build and lead happy teams who provide a phenomenal resident experience
- Providing world-class customer service to the District Managers on your team, their teams, your peers, and residents living in our communities
- Ensuring we meet our financial objectives by directing leasing activity and working with District Managers to coordinate the purchase, setup and turnover of home inventory, managing budgets, and oversee collections
- Continuing to increase the curb appeal of the properties in our portfolio on an ongoing basis by traveling to inspect their quality and appearance on a regular basis
- Enforcing legal and regulatory compliance, as well as resident guidelines
- Ability to learn quickly, with a love of taking on new challenges
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job requirements:
- Authorization to work in the US
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience building and leading teams and excellent leadership skills
- Minimum 10+ years experience leading Operations
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- Property build and/or property management (especially multi-family and/or manufactured housing) or related experience preferred
Compensation includes a base salary of $150-200K based on demonstrated skills, performance, education, knowledge, and performance, with OTE (base salary + achievable performance-based bonus) of $150-220K, plus comprehensive benefits.
