The Position: The Corporate Vice President of Operations holds a key position within the senior management team, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations. This role is pivotal in establishing policies that reflect the company's culture and vision, ensuring the efficiency of diverse business operations through a set of clear policies and processes.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Provide strategic guidance for the day-to-day operations of Shreem Capital's hotel portfolio.
- Implement industry best practices to optimize efficiency and elevate guest experiences.
Team Development and Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team at Shreem portfolio hotels.
- Foster a work culture that embraces radical honesty and transparency.
- Recognize and cultivate rising talent within the organization.
Compliance:
- Stay informed of all franchisee requirements to ensure all our branded properties exceed brand standards.
- Conduct regular QA inspections at Shreem portfolio hotels.
- Stay informed on laws and regulations impacting the hotel industry in the assigned portfolio hotel jurisdiction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in accordance with company, franchise, local, state, and federal standards.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial plans aligned with Shreem Capital's objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets.
Guest Experience:
- Lead initiatives to maintain and improve a guest-centric approach.
- Utilize guest feedback to drive improvements and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Business Functions:
- Possess a high-level understanding of all business functions, including IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in pressure situations.
Travel Requirement: This position will require travel to various hotel locations for oversight and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, related experience in the field or GM certifications from Hilton, Marriott of IHG branded properties.
- Proven experience in as a General Manager at a branded hotel.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results in a dynamic environment.
