ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Vice President of Marketing, you'll report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and will be responsible for developing and implementing our global marketing strategy, establishing Ada Health as the leading medical AI company across the whole globe, and helping us achieve our ambitious business growth goals.
You'll lead all global marketing functions. As an exceptionally strong craft expert and people leader, you'll set up and lead a multi-disciplinary team of brand and digital marketing, as well as growth and product marketing. As our marketing is the driving force behind our market success, you will also collaborate closely with leadership across product, commercial and operations to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue, user growth, and customer satisfaction, whilst also helping us grow our profitability.
This is a remote position - ideally you will be located on the East Coast as this position involves extensive collaboration with our teams based in Germany and the UK (and their respective time zones).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build, lead and nurture the global marketing team at Ada Health, including setting the strategic direction, hiring, coaching, and developing the team, including brand and creative, performance marketing and marketing operations teams
- Lead the marketing of Ada's consumer and B2B brand campaigns, as well as operating marketing plans on behalf of customer initiatives (Ada's business model includes attracting consumers directly to supported assessments)
- Ensure marketing is the driving force behind our business growth, and that we are delivering exceptionally effective and efficient campaigns
- Establish processes and determine KPIs to measure the commercial effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and tactics. Regularly report on marketing progress
- Lead our marketing messaging and work closely with PR/Communications on overall messaging
- Function as the business relationship owner for any marketing agencies
- Contribute to the creation of sales presentations and pitch decks to help our business development efforts led by sales support
- Know and utilize the latest trends and implement best practices and strategies across integrated marketing channels. Implement these to support sales, product, and commercial value growth and keep stakeholders in sync on our go-to-market strategy as we expand our offerings
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a healthcare marketing position , with at least 5 of these spent in leadership positions
- Proven track record in the US digital healthcare landscape and a background in a fast growing scale up where you developed and implemented marketing strategies that drove impressive business growth in both a growth and brand marketing capacity
- Exceptional team building and people leadership skills, with the ability to roll your sleeves up to get things done when needed
- Strong track record of developing, optimizing and scaling direct to consumer performance marketing channels such as paid social, search and programmatic
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think strategically, be customer-focused and data-oriented. A true self-starter who is comfortable to work independently while still being a strong collaborator
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
