Washburn Center for Children (Washburn Center) is a leading children’s mental health care center and advocates for comprehensive mental health care in the Twin Cities. They work to reduce barriers to care and discover healthy, lasting outcomes for children and their families.

They seek a proactive, collaborative, and strategic HR generalist with deep knowledge in end-to-end talent management – from talent acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have worked in highly collaborative complex nonprofit organizations or related field.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredible organization as a key member of their leadership team and work with employees, people leaders, the Board of Trustees, and community partners to implement projects, policies, processes, and systems which support interns and employees in furthering Washburn Center’s mission and strengthen their culture.
