SalaryThe Vice President of Brand and Creative Design at Crumbl plays a pivotal role in steering the development and execution of effective, on-brand, and strategically aligned creative endeavors. This position demands a versatile creative and strategic thinker who guides teams in conceptualizing, creating, and producing top-tier work that resonates with the brand and captivates the target audience. The VP will be instrumental in formulating a design strategy and supporting the branding team in establishing and nurturing corporate identity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with directors and designers to craft compelling in-store, print, digital campaigns, etc.
- Lead the Branding Team in owning, creating, maintaining, and implementing Crumbl’s brand style guidelines and identity.
- Lead the end-to-end creative process for campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Execute campaigns across various media channels and platforms.
- Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and agencies.
- Direct design and branding teams, fostering collaboration with the photographers and videographers to deliver creative solutions.
- Review and approve art, layout, and design from design and branding teams.
- Stay abreast of trends in digital, marketing, design, advertising, etc.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy approach and a passion for creating original, solution-oriented work.
- Contribute to longer-range client/company goals related to business growth.
- Collaborate successfully with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, account services, legal, and clients.
- Present ideas and designs clearly and effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Balance creative ideas with business needs and goals.
- Work along side the VP of Marketing to execute the creative for ongoing and future marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the Art Director and Director of Brand to align and set priorities for team projects and goals.
- Oversee project success within deadlines and manage team efficiency through a Creative Project Manager.
- Offer mentorship to direct reports.
- Ensure team leaders and their members have the necessary tools, structure, and support for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing Business or other related field in Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of professional design, brand management or other related experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
- Strong understanding of branding and graphic design.
- Able to maintain healthy collaborative relationships with multiple departments.
- Able to analyze and problem-solve.
- Willing to adhere to deadlines.
- Able to maintain multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Apple operating systems.
- Have a proactive approach to work.
- Be goal-oriented.
