We are looking for a full-time, remote team member for our Vice President of Client Services position.
BCMS was founded in 1985 as a practice management company. The Vice-President of Client Compliance is a senior level position requiring compliance expertise with an emphasis on federal regulations related to outpatient therapy services. This position commands that the individual be client-driven with a personal presentation style that generates confidence, knowledge, and professional competency. Key responsibilities of this role include policy creation and updates, regulatory research and analysis, and compliance consultation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Education: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience: Seven to ten years as a clinical outpatient musculoskeletal physical therapist
- License: Active license, in good standing, as a physical therapist in a state in the USA.
Optional:
- Certifications (optional): Certification in Healthcare Compliance, Certification in HIPAA: Privacy and/or Security, Certified as Healthcare Surveyor, Certified Coder, Academy of Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, or other position-relevant certifications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Demonstratable Knowledge & Experience:
- Outpatient physical therapy musculoskeletal practice
- OSHA, HIPAA (Privacy & Security Rules), Licensure Laws and Rules, Federal Payment and Coverage Policies and Regulations
- English language communication (syntax, grammar, outline, editing, extensive vocabulary) and medical terminology
- Research strategy, information classification, and content vetting for authenticity
- MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint), Zoom, Google Suite, and other virtual meeting platform proficiency
- Adobe Systems (including forms creation & editing)
