As a Vice President of Business Operations, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and optimize the company's daily business operations, while maintaining strategic operational goals, meeting contractual obligations and mitigating the risks. This role will streamline contract negotiation processes with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Vice President will drive initiatives to enhance profitability, reduce costs, and provide insight for future financial strategies. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities and special projects, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and lead the way innovation.

What it takes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related Construction Industry field: MBA is a plus
- Proven experience of 5 years in a senior leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of construction business operations
- Strong background in contract negotiation and financial management
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
