About The Role The Vice President of Advanced Analytics will lead the team to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis with structured and unstructured data sets to recommend strategy for the business. This role will be responsible for developing models to forecast subscribers, adds, churn, and revenue.
It also requires building and investing time in partnerships cross-functionally to identify problems and opportunities for your team to solve. This leadership role will provide strategic leadership and oversight to a team that will utilize basic analytics and reporting as well as complex data science and machine learning models to tell a story about the state of the business. Responsibilities Effectively identify the optimal way to tell a story with data - one that includes relevant information promptly and is summarized in a pithy manner Forecasting subscribers, gross adds, and churn including predictive modeling to estimate the impact of initiatives and validating those assumptions after the launch Design data science and machine learning models that provide relevant, usable information to drive business growth, customer base management, and cost efficiency Create clear and simple executive-level presentations and reporting that support decision-making and strategy design Partner cross-functionally to solve problems with creative insights from quantitative and qualitative data sources Impactfully lead and cultivate an aspiring team Critical involvement in executive resolutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 15+ years of experience in data analytics and modeling 10+ years in budgeting, forecasting, or financial analytics Provide examples of critical involvement in major company decisions Experience in computer languages, coding, and the ability to learn new programs and techniques Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully manage vendor relationships 10+ years of experience leading and developing analytical talent Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
