CAMC GVMC is looking to hire a Vice President and Administrator who demonstrates leadership through CAMC's core values of quality, service with compassion, respect, integrity, stewardship and safety. Being present, involved in the community, with strong relationship building and communication skills is critical to success. The Vice President will have demonstrated operational success in both the hospital and ambulatory environments. Financial accountability includes gross revenue of $285 million, operating expense budget of $84 and nearly 500 employees who serve the wonderful community in Greenbrier County.
The successful candidate will have a master's degree in a healthcare related field with additional training in a clinical area, health sciences and/or business is desirable, with seven to ten years of experience in health service administration at an executive-level position. The successful candidates must be comfortable working in a matrixed environment, be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, work collaboratively and have highly developed skills in employee and physician relations.
