This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,looking for the next step in their career. As Vice President Marketing& GTM, Radiology & General Imaging, you will be responsible for: Develop foundational global Marketing & GTMstrategies and tactics to drive a consistent portfolio position for Ultrasound,that anticipates market trends and competitive activities, aligns with changingcustomer needs, increases revenue, and ultimately impacts our ability toimprove patient outcomes. Drive the GTM strategies, business casealignments and price positioning.

Plan the roll out and demo unit logistics tosequence Market introduction, regulatory and training efforts accordingly andin a synchronized fashion to maximize business impact. Develop unique commercialization strategies thatshift the business focus from features and benefits to patients and procedures. Create flexible content and tactics that can bedeployed in diverse regional markets effectively while building a consistentglobal image and brand.

Effectively partner with the sales organizationand enable the successful rollout and growth of this groundbreaking technology. Drive the implementation of marketing campaignsthat meet business objectives and drive growth in the market segments we serve. Responsible for analyzing and understanding theglobal Ultrasound (RAD & GI) healthcare market and identifying marketing strategiesand opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Anticipate thechanging market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to formulate a planfor growth. Produce content and coordinates aligned contentrelated to tradeshows, print and digital advertising, product pricing, salespromotions, product support, product launches, ROI value propositions, keyopinion leaders' development, evidentiary endorsements, and white papers. Drive Marketing Communications to createmarketing campaigns that include market data, voice of the customer input, andcountry sales and marketing input.

Collaborate on maintaining and advancingUltrasound's digital exposure, position, and presence. Maintain brand standards and ensure complianceacross all marketing and communications channels. Closely monitoring competitors and evaluatetheir strategies and positioning and devise counterstrategies.

Strong work ethic with a high degree ofself-motivation and the ability to work independently. Required skills to have for the success of this role: Master's degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience inUltrasound / MedTech / Pharmaceutical / Biotech preferred.

Proven leadership oversight of all marketing anGTM activities, incl. business case development. Previous regional marketing experience orBusiness Lead position required.

Knowledge and practical experience with digitalmarketing tools, and related software. Ability to negotiate and compromise, and abilityto communicate and influence executive leadership. Ability to effective leverage and drive sharedresources.

Strong knowledge of life cycle management andproduct growth strategies. Excellent communication skills with the abilityto work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including globalpartners. The ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

The pay range for this position is $230,000 - $275,000 annually;however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. The annual incentive target is 30% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holidaypay.
