Role: Vice President, Investor Relations

Location: Remote US-Based

Essential Functions:

  • The Vice President of Investor Relations (IR) at CG Oncology (listed on Nasdaq $CGON) plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with the investment community, including institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and individual shareholders.
  • This position is responsible for developing and executing Investor Relations strategies to enhance CG Oncology's visibility, credibility, and valuation in the financial markets.
  • The Vice President of Investor Relations (IR) serves as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community, providing timely and accurate information, articulating the company's strategic vision, and advocating for investor interests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten to twelve (10-12) years of experience in Investor Relations, finance, or capital markets roles, with a focus on biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEC regulations, financial reporting requirements, and corporate governance principles, with experience in preparing and filing SEC reports and disclosures.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders, and driving investor engagement and interest in the company.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and strategic concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop staff, delegate responsibilities, and drive performance excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The U.S. target annual salary range for this remote, full-time, position is currently set at $220,000 - $235,000. The actual base salary offered for this role will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, market factors, experience and considering internal equity. In addition, to the base salary, CG Oncology offers a very attractive set of Total Rewards (including bonus and equity) and Well-Being Benefits provided as part of the overall compensation package for this role.
