```Duties```
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the executive team and employees
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
- Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Lead business development efforts to expand market share and drive revenue growth

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
