The VP of Revenue Operations is a significant contributor to overall park performance and is responsible for the Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and Ancillary Revenue departments as well as warehouse operations. This position will consistently engage with park and corporate leadership on strategic and tactical initiatives that drive revenue, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction.

• Strategic planning for all areas of responsibility
• Create a positive culture, which includes motivating, educating, and positively recognizing Ambassadors
• Work with the Park President and Senior Leadership team to set goals and strategic direction
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Ancillary Revenue, and Warehouse departments
• Analyze performance and make strategic decisions to improve revenue and cost management
• Consistently engage with corporate leadership on revenue performance analysis, strategic and tactical changes to products, processes, and people
• Work with the Operations, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, and Sales teams to develop plans for special events and group events to include menus, signage, event sales locations, etc.
• Manage expenses and cost of sales to reduce shrinkage, waste, and damages
• Lead the development and execution of capital projects. Identify future projects and analyze the ROI
• Maintain inventory controls and conduct audits to ensure compliance
• Work with the Sales team to develop menus, set pricing, and execute banquet services
• Coordinate the training and development of Ambassadors in assigned departments
• Collaborate with Human Resources for recruiting, staffing, and performance measurement
• Ensure Ambassadors represent SEA standards related to guest interaction and appearance
• Responsible for driving guest satisfaction through anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations
• Ensure that all facilities and Ambassadors are operating in compliance within appropriate health and safety regulations
• Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.
What it takes to succeed:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Leadership role in a high-volume, fast paced operation.
• Preferred - Director or Vice President role in a theme park or similar environment
• Preferred - College degree in a hospitality field
• Advanced Food & Beverage and Merchandise knowledge
• Advanced theme park or similar- multi-outlet venue knowledge
• Advanced understanding of how a P&L operates
• Knowledge of Labor cost management
• Multi-Tasking- Must be able to multi-task at a basic level
• Strong time management & delegation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have excellent guest service skills for both internal and external guests
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong proofreading skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Publisher, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 25 pounds
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• Must be comfortable working around chemicals
• Must be available to work varying shifts or hours based on business needs, i.e., be able to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
