Publicis CoLab is where brilliant minds come together to create digital products, advertising campaigns and media experiences that bring bold, award-winning ideas to life. As a VP, Group Account Director, you will help us deliver innovative campaigns for consumers & HCPs.
We’re searching for a VP, Group Account Director who will manage the client relationship, partner with senior leadership on high-level strategy and use their deep web knowledge to ensure strategic deliverables. This role will lead a US (partnering with Global in 2025) HCP client in the primary care platform.

Manage day-to-day client relationship including articulating our view on digital business philosophies. The emphasis is on STRATEGIC leadership and communication.- Sell new project ideas that align with client’s brand goals. Knowing the difference between pushing ideas versus being collaborative.
- Exceptional with operationalizing plans (not getting lost in process)
- Take ownership of the financials for clients including forecasts, budgets and investments
- Lead internal and client team communications
- Have broad understanding of client’s Industry and customer needs
- Deliver strategic client presentations and recommendations
- Develop team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth
- Provides direct and consistent feedback on an ongoing basis, encouraging others to learn from mistakes
- Partners with clients and capability partners to build active brands
- Inspires client with developing strong clinical story & messenging projects
- Provides deliverables within agreed upon deadlines
- Partners with clients and operations team to ensure mutual understanding of an agreement to key financial responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding the account dynamics and mobilizing CoLab resources to most effectively meet account requirements
- Responsible for brand understanding and communicates this understanding within CoLab
- Demonstrates significant knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and is comfortable playing a leadership role with client brand teams when needed value
- Develops Strategic Brief marketing goals, brand strategy and other critical marketplace data and direction
- Leads brainstorm sessions to generate ideas for new business (Agile Methodology is a bonus)
- Technical concept understanding (web development, application development, databases)
- Providing leadership and guidance to your clients while being engaged and passionate about delivering outstanding creative ideas
- Ensure that our clients are being well served, while simultaneously advancing our positioning and growing our client relationships
Qualifications

Compensation Range: $143,000- $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
