Summary:
As the VP, Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring enterprise business systems are designed and in sync with the key business strategies and initiatives across the company. You will work closely with department leaders and senior management throughout the company to develop and execute a strategy and vision that seeks to maintain/introduce scalable, sustainable, efficient and secure systems and applications.
This role is responsible for directing staff that develops and executes the strategic technology roadmap for enhancing IT applications such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and various internal applications.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver, manage, and implement applications and solutions that support Brivo customers, employees, and business partners
- Lead the development and alignment of the business systems vision with a focus on enabling service excellence, system flexibility, utilization of common infrastructure, and continuous availability
- Build a successful team, developing and managing organizational competencies to support the deployment of scalable, continuously available sales and service center applications
- Establish secure, reliable and responsive technology infrastructures that can be leveraged for the pursuit of expanded business opportunities
- Utilize information and telecommunications technology to deliver services that are in alignment with the needs of internal customers
- Partner with key business functions in the creation of an outstanding data and reporting platform that enables analytics and operational reporting
- Support the organization’s key initiatives by providing flexible, accurate, and timely data to decision makers across the enterprise
- Develop and manage core business applications and infrastructure that serves the needs of a 24 x 7 mission critical service business
- Optimize the use of Brivo’s complex Enterprise Systems and analyzing the technology we currently use for efficiency and accuracy
- Research industry trends and recommend solutions to improve infrastructure and solutions to senior management
- Manage integration of third party to third party systems (e.g., Salesforce to NetSuite), internal to internal, or internal to external using common best practices and standards.
- Ensure that Brivo’s applications are in compliance with applicable laws, security policies and procedures
- Effectively initiate, plan, schedule, control, and bring to closure multiple high priority projects.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise business systems strategy and delivery
- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred
- Salesforce and NetSuite solutions experience required
- Exceptional data and business intelligence depth. Must possesses recent experience with next-generation data solutions and demonstrated success delivering next-gen data and reporting platforms (work with unstructured data solutions a plus)
- Broader Enterprise Systems support experience that includes automated finance and billing systems
- Must be a proven technology leader who has built and managed teams
- Ability to effectively communicate technical strategies to senior executives and actively participate in business strategy development is an essential requirement. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of collaboration with multiple business units.
