Veterinary Receptionist

Calling all cat lovers!

Cat Care Professionals is seeking a Receptionist to join our Client Service team!

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service and an interest in veterinary medicine, with a focus on feline-only care. Candidates are not required to have prior veterinary experience, but we would love someone who is interested in joining the team long term! We offer training and growth opportunities for those who are interested in developing their skills. Our team members are Fear Free certified, and we are excited to provide training and education to candidates who are not yet familiar – must be willing to learn!

Background and experience:

• Prior customer service experience is a must
• Veterinary experience preferred, not required
• Must love cats!
• Positive, high-energy team players with exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities
• Fear Free certified or willing to be certified (we will cover the costs!)

Primary responsibilities:

• Client service and communication
• Welcoming and discharging patients
• Managing phone lines and emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Over the counter sales and financial transactions
• General hospital cleaning

Full-time benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $18-$22, based on experience
