We are seeking an experienced, motivated and positive Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their beloved pets. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for animal care.

Duties:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients
- Collect and record accurate client information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Process payments for services rendered
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide support to veterinary staff as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care facility is preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with veterinary software systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
