SalaryWe are a busy small animal hospital looking for a friendly and reliable receptionist. The candidate must be self-motivated, dependable, and have the ability to multi-task. Someone with strong customer service experience and who enjoys interacting with individuals and their pets is a must. Experience in a veterinary practice is highly preferred.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, going over estimates including explanation of charges, follow up calls, handling client requests and concerns, overseeing reception area and outside appearance of the hospital, taking patient history, and educating pet owners.
