```Duties```
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk
- Handling medical records, billing, and processing payments
- Assisting veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks

```Experience```
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following experience and skills:
-Bilingual is a requirement
- Previous experience in a medical office setting, particularly with medical collections
- Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of basic pet care
- Familiarity with kennel procedures and equine care is a plus
- Ability to assist with animal catheterization and pet grooming
- Knowledge of dog training techniques and laboratory procedures
