The Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for performing the following job duties:
-Work as needed with short notice.
-Cross train for several locations.
- Answer phones and greet patients
- Checks patients in on a computer system in a friendly, confidential, and timely manner.
Other duties include scanning, scheduling appointments, collecting money.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, have a pleasant personality, be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with physicians in a professional manner.
- Computer experience required.
- Must be able to type 45 words per minute.
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player who works well with others.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to fill in where and when needed.
