Responsibilities/Essential Skills/Must Haves & Benefits:
- Process both Retail car deals.
- Payoff used car lien holders.
- Provide the daily report of paid off vehicles to the Controller.
- Payoff used car lien holders.
- Assist in tracking all outstanding titles.
- Balance cash box and prepare daily bank deposit.
- Ensure all documentation is scanned into system.
- Maintain monthly log of all supplemental F&I products.
- Maintain Consistent Completion of Job Responsibilities and Conduct to provide consistent delivery of outstanding service to customers and team members.
- Other Tasks as assigned.
Skills
- General Math for Ledger Entries
- Data Entry on Excell Spreadsheets
- Basic Computer Knowledge and Navigation
- Attention to Detail for Accuracy
- Good Communications (verbal and written)
- Office machines knowledge/skills
- Dealership experience preferred
- Excellent Attendance Skills
