Corporate Debt Finance Associate

Description:

Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for its Corporate Finance and Lending team within the Corporate Practice Group. Qualified candidates must be familiar with negotiating, structuring and documenting Debt Finance transactions. Experience representing private equity sponsors or their portfolio companies, or lenders providing financing to such entities, in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions is preferred. Miami office location is preferred; however, this position can be located in the firm's Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Florida, Dallas, Houston, New York, or Washington, DC office. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school (law school classes 2019, 2020 or 2021), and bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location.
