RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, execute, and manage marketing plans and User Acquisition plans across mobile platforms.
Implement new marketing partners.
Create marketing collateral and strategize mobile advertising, App Store features, and PR materials targeted towards consumers.
Develop and execute marketing plans, including promotional activities (mobile advertising, mobile and web social marketing, national promos) for products.
Aid in the management of licensor relationships to maintain effective communications, gain approvals of marketing materials, and maximize co-marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with creativeteam or vendors to create art asset for promotional activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international production team to identify opportunities and implement recommendations in an effort to make games more successful.
Track and manage schedule, budgets, ROI, and marketing KPIs.
Analysis and data investigation of KPIs from both performance-based and brand marketing.
Identifying new opportunities to lower acquisition costs.
Ensure games are tagged and tracked correctly, defining event goals associated with User Acquisition objectives and support game studios during implementation.
Create framework for managing, analyzing, and optimizing marketing activities together with User Acquisition.
Determine the appropriate methods and system of metrics for measuring monitoring marketing effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth post-campaign analytics and other ad-hoc analysis.
Lead marketing measurement efforts, targeting, segmentation, and media mix modeling.
Conduct market research
Possibility of business trips
Reporting and administration tasks related to marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of online mobile marketing experience, or, 3 years of online PC marketing experience
Strong skill for optimization of day to day campaign performance
Analytical skill and experience working in a metrics driven organization
Excellent Communication Skill
A passion for data
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Excel skill and attention to detail
Work experience in international environment
Japanese communication skill
A passion for mobile games
Multi-language speaker is a plus
