We are seeking a motivated Data Entry and Scanning Clerk to support a logistics operation by accurately entering data into spreadsheets and efficiently scanning documents. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $16 per hour.
Responsibilities:
-Accurately enter data from various sources into spreadsheets or databases.
-Scan and digitize documents, ensuring they are filed appropriately.
-Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
-Assist in the sorting and categorization of documents.
-Handle basic office equipment, such as scanners, photocopiers, and computers.
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Prior experience in a logistics or supply chain environment is a plus.
