Role & Responsibilities:
- Retain and grow the business for company assigned accounts.
- Proven experience troubleshooting client’s problems and challenges, while looking for opportunities to design, offer, sell and implement competitive solutions.
- Provide prompt and compelling service proposals to address client’s requirements, while earning trust from the client.
- Define and help implement client specific SOP’s, to ensure all requested milestones are being met to client's expectations.
- Work closely with both origin and destination to identify and solve any issues that may lead to any service failures.
- Organize, lead, and reviews KPI/QBR, and drive the operation excellence internally.
- Monitor the account receivable to meet company’s target and ensure that the billing can be generated timely and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
- Minimum 5 years of freight forwarding experience required, with experience working with a key account management team, preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in programs used for email, word processing, data manipulation (excel spread sheets), power point presentation, and general internet skills.
- Assertive, showing interpersonal/managerial skills to coordinate DRI’s different stations in the best interest of the customer.
