Form of workFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) has an opening for a Corporate Financial Planning Manager in multiple locations. Under administrative direction from the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Finance Business Partner II will be be a trusted financial advisor to one or multiple members of the executive committee.
They will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading the enterprise planning function
- Oversee and monitor the most complex, sensitive and critical projects originating from the enterprise planning exercise.
- Managing and leading the development of financial projections, analyses and interpretation of current and future
periods
- Recruiting, training, motivating, developing and evaluateing employees to ensure the Research Division/Unit operates efficiently and is accomplishing program objectives
- Leading the team to develop resolution to critical issues and broad design matters of the highest degree of complexity.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with outside vendors as well as industry experts. May serve as external spokesperson for the organization on Finance related matters
Incumbents must possess 12 semester or 18 quarter units course work in any combination of a data driven research-related field, such as economics, mathematics, psychology, sociology, demography, geography, anthropology, statistics, data science or a research-related field. This must include at least one course in statistical methods;

Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree. Work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis by applicants who have the required units mentioned above.
A Master's Degree in economics, mathematics, psychology, sociology, demography, geography, anthropology, statistics, data science or a related research-oriented field may be substituted for two years of the required experience. A doctoral degree in the same areas may be substituted for three years of the required experience.
