The Accounting Manager will handle the overall management and supervision of the accounting
department as well as supporting various aspects of accounting and finance, see essential duties and

Requirements:Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, accounts payable,
billing, and general ledger.
- Recruit and hire accounting and financial staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Coordinates training programs for new staff and identifies training needs for current staff.
Month-end Close:
- Review Staff prepared account reconciliations.
- Review and post staff prepared journal entries.
- Prepare weekly check run file in accordance with weekly cash forecast.
- Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
- Inspect account books for efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
- Organize and update financial records.
- Present recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and
policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors to complete annual audits.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
