Job Description:

• Experience in US IT Recruiting Process.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Recruitment.
• Familiar with Employment terms like Corp-Corp, W2, 1099
• End to End Recruiting experience.
• Follow up with Clients and Candidates till final placement
• Involvement in total recruiting process from getting requirements, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interview, rate negotiations till closing the deal.
• End-to-End Marketing the consultant.
• Sourcing candidates using Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Techfetch etc..
• Involved in posting jobs and sourcing the right candidates for the suitable requirements.
• Excellent search and strong resume tracking skills.

• Very Strong IT Skills
• Willingness to work US Timings
