The US GPS Head ofInnovation Banking will lead a strategic team of partners in support of achieving the Innovation Banking mission, managing the end-to-end GPS product experience, including sales, set-up, implementation, and delivery. You will serve as the primary point person for all things GPS as it relates to Innovation Banking in the U.S., managing current solution improvement workstreams, and working with the teams to analyze and prioritize new ideas, solutions, and approaches. The job holder will report to the Head of Global Payments Solutions North America and will sit on the US Innovation Banking leadership team.
Here’s what you can expect:
As the US GPS Head ofInnovation Banking your goals will include increasing product penetration across the IVB books, accelerating improvements to the end-to-end solution sales and implementation, journey; upskilling the RM teams around our “reasons to win” with our product solutions; and increasing RM capacity for market-facing activities rather than internal paper chasing and implementation processes. You will regularly review performance against established timelines and lead creative workstreams to accelerate product delivery while maintaining a consistent Innovation Banking client experience. You will work closely with the relationship management teams to showcase the breadth of our GPS solutions and ensure that our offering is differentiated and market competitive; regularly carrying out research on customer needs, emerging market trends, infrastructure development and the regulatory environment for the region.
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $200,000 and $270,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
