Behavioral Health Clinician

Allexian/Bridge Medical is a private outpatient center that offers neuropsychology, psychiatric, and psychotherapeutic services. Bridge provides comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, cognitive remediation treatment, medication management, and psychotherapy to adults and children who struggle with comorbid conditions that began following traumatic events. Conditions treated at Bridge include, but are not limited to, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and cognitive deficits related to Traumatic Brain Injuries.

We are currently seeking New York State Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians. Candidates must be licensed in New York State as a LCSW, PhD or PsyD. Clinical skills that include having a history of treating trauma survivors, or being bilingual, are huge pluses. Bilingual LMSW's and LMHC's will be considered on a case by case basis.

Flexible schedule that includes Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem work. This position can be remote, hybrid and/or fully in-person.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in NY State as a LCSW, PhD or PsyD.
• Bilingual LMSW's and LMHC's who are licensed in NY State will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Experience with providing individual psychotherapy.
• Excellent written, and verbal, communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Treat patients who suffer from PTSD, TBI's, and other negative mental health symptoms and injuries.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy.
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans.
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress.
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs.
• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Competitive Salary: $85,000-$100,000 for LCSW, $100,000-$130,000 for PhD/PsyD.
