Requirements:

- A student mentality and ability to accept feedback and coaching
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience or a degree in a relevant field of study
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supports programs that drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
- Help Customer Service and sales teams reach retention and sales goals
- Assist in training new hires in Customer Service and sales staff
- Maintain efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Research new sales and Customer Service tactics
- Conduct annual employee evaluation to ensure employee performance and consumer satisfaction.
