As our company continues to grow at a tremendous rate, we are in need of an experienced Service Technician to assist our commercial division. The perfect candidate will have knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR and metal roof repairs. Candidates must be able to diagnose leaks and properly execute repairs per industry standards. Other Qualifications include computer and communication skills and a clean driving record.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
- Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
- Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
- Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
- Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
- Always follow safety on the job protocols.
- Inspect problem roofs, perform roof repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Clean and maintain equipment and area

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
