Clinic Manager Job Description
Our Clinic Managers coordinate the daily operations of our outpatient clinics such as: coordinating schedules and work for providers and staff; medical records, customer service and accounts receivable. This is an in-office position at our Birmingham, AL clinic.
Clinic Manager Salary and Benefits
- Salary based on experience, starting pay no less than $38,000/year

Clinic Manager Responsibilities
- Train, supervise and assist front office staff and techs in the performance of their daily tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between practice providers, office staff and patients
- Oversee and complete front office duties such as scheduling, invoicing and statements, payments, staffing, and other administrative tasks.
Clinic Manager Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in a front office role of a medical practice
- 2 years experience supervising a team, including training, coaching and counseling staff
- Proficiency handling multiple projects and task simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic medical records.
