Strong understanding of reimbursement and coding methodologies and guidelines; MS-DRGs; Severity of Illness, Risk of Mortality, Medical Necessity, Quality Measures, and impact of Length of Stay
Desired Qualifications
Proficiency with data, metrics, reporting, and Excel spreadsheets

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic and operational planning, design, implementation, and oversight of Infirmary Health’s Clinical Documentation Improvement Program (CDI) system wide. The CDI program aims to improve the overall quality and completeness of Clinical Documentation to accurately reflect patient care in adherence to industry best practices.
