Job Summary
The Human Resources Intern collaborates with a variety of management levels on projects that contribute to the success of the Human Resources Team. The incumbent uses creative and logical skills to design and create content on a variety of suites. The intern will identify business needs from the Human Resources Department and work to satiate the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Attend team and department meetings
- Analyze, identify and report on trends within data, transforming them into presentations
- Identify business needs
- Works with various Microsoft suites
- Collaborate with team on complex issues for customers
- Preferences
- Possesses strong communication (written/verbal) skills
- Demonstrates complex problem solving, cognitive flexibility and computational thinking
- Displays Digital and Data Literacy
- Strong command of Microsoft office suites
- Demonstrates Project Management
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer

- Must be a rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within the last 24 months
