We are seeking a Finance Intern with a focus on Payroll Accounting & Tax. This opportunity will allow you to gain first-hand experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, working with financial systems and tasks related to payroll management. You will be collaborating closely with our North America and International teams.
The successful candidate will be involved in managing large volumes of data, be detail orientated with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Support our tax function in daily, monthly, or annual payroll-related activities.
- Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze payroll-related accounts and generate compliance reports.
- Aid in identifying and rectifying payroll-related accounting queries.
- Work close with the North America Region along with regional groups, as necessary.
- Contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives through project assignments.
Education Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2024.
Functional Skills:
- Familiarity with accounting principles & internal controls.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills with the capability to coordinate work processes across global stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
