About This Opportunity
InComm EPIC (Education Partnership at InComm) interns join the workforce as integral team member with a job to do. The program is an extension of the classroom learning environment. The InComm Internship Program seeks to partner with colleges and universities to enhance the education of students through providing relevant field experience prior to graduation. You will interact with multiple departments to gain a broad perspective on how their job supports the overall business goals of the enterprise.
The InComm EPIC Intern Program provides mentoring, training, and employment to undergraduate and graduate students. We are seeking a student pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources to join our Talent Acqusition team. This is a great opportunity and entry point into the Human Resources and Recruiting field. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition while receiving training and support from our Talent Acquisition Director and Leads.

Paid Internship + 20 Hour Work Week + Flexible Schedule Monday - Friday to balance school + Hands on career learning experience + This is a hybrid role out of Atlanta
Responsibilities
- Focus on compliance, reporting and onboarding
- Updating employee databases, gathering data, and assisting with HR-related reports
- Assist with the onboarding and communication of new employees
- Learning recruitment methods to meet company's strategic needs
- Support Talent Acqusition project initiatives as a dedicated resource to advance project timelines
- Build and develop complex reports to augment internal and external data analytics for HR and those departments that are supported by HR efforts;
Qualifications
- Students entering their Junior year through graduate school are eligible – pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources
- Students currently enrolled at a local Metro-Atlanta University
- Student works a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week year round
- Ability to commute onsite to our downtown Atlanta office
- Analytical and reconciliation skills
- PC skills, with knowledge of Excel
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and perform well under pressure in a high-volume and changing environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Comfortable working both as an individual and on a team with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in an fast-paced environment
- High energy self-starter with the ability to take initiative with minimal guidance
