Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a University Recruitment Administrative Assistant to work on our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the University Recruiting Manager, you will work a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off. Remote or Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate with multiple departments, Admins, and University Recruiters to ensure all required documents are complete and students are ready to start on their scheduled day
- Assist with Taleo and the application process
- Coordination with Security on the background check and badging process
- Facilitate different processes and protocols for applicants
- Coordination with medical for drug-testing and medical reviews
- Ensure complete Position Descriptions for new hires
- Enter and track candidates in Service Now and SAFE
- All data entry into HCM (including new hire, status changes, telecommuting, housing stipends and terminations
- Coordination with Payroll
- Coordination with Travel
- Ensure all files are complete
- Close out and upload files into EDMS
- Support other TA admins and recruiters in preparing shipments for recruiting events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting HR and/or Talent Acquisition is ideal

- Salary Grade: AS0300 - 150 ($44,004 - $70,392)
