Unit Manager- Salary range from $38.65 to $51.00 / hour
Full Time 40 hours Monday-Friday
Looking for a dynamic nurse leader with change agent experience to join our leadership team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services, the Unit Manager holds 24 hour authority, responsibility and accountability for nursing care on the patient care units.
- Oversees patient care management and ensures that professional nursing is practiced in accordance with the established standards, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department and the hospital.
- Is responsible for development and management of personnel, supplies, equipment and for maintenance of a safe environment.
Prerequisites:
- Current RN Massachusetts Licensure.
- BSN preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in geriatric/adolescent rehabilitation and other hospital care.
- Previous supervisor experience preferred.
- Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing and ACLS certification desired.
- Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
- Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.
