- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key features and enhancements over time.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with IT and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, pricing, operations, customer support, HR and shared services, to gather insights and feedback for product improvement.
- Lead development teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features.
- Adopt and follow the agile working model within IT while offering improvements to the development life cycle.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is groomed regularly and contains items that provide the highest value to the business.
- Plan and coordinate software releases, including defining release scope, coordinating testing efforts, and communicating release status to stakeholders.
- Ensure development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and user guidelines related to the owned line of business.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a team-oriented approach.
- Ensure that delivered products meet quality standards through thorough testing and validation.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the product.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch analysis and optimization.
- Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and strategies to internal stakeholders.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a non-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with the Temporary Site Services industry
- Experience with Agile or other product development frameworks.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
