A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Union Payroll Reporting Analyst. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding and solid foundation of Union Payroll processing with the proven ability to apply those principles in executing job duties with limited supervision. The ideal candidate has experience with union dues, contribution calculations and large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, and Oracle. Union Payroll Reporting Analyst Pay and Benefits:
• Hourly pay: $40/hr
• Worksite: Leading broadcasting and streaming network (New York, NY 10036, Hybrid 2-3 days over Monday through Thursday, Friday is usually hybrid)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment
Union Payroll Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:
• Respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with union vendors.
• UAT participation to review testing results for any ongoing Union Payroll data changes.
• Special Projects assigned as needed.
• Reconcile weekly and monthly SAP ECP union reports to the division A/P payments and GL.
Union Payroll Reporting Analyst Qualifications:
• Savvy in Excel, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Analytical and demonstrated understanding of payroll gross to net with union-related dues/contributions.
• Experience with large Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc., and familiarity with associated system ad hoc query reports.
• Ability to extract and report on data using Excel formulas.
• Proficient in Excel functionality including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Concatenate, and related functions, making use of pivot tables, auditing formulas, filtering, and sorting of data.
• Must have good organization and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to meet the demands of time-sensitive deadlines.
• Comfort with working in Zoom, Teams and the ability to train or review work in them.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Shift:
• Monday-Friday office hours, overtime as needed for project deadlines and month end close
