Position Overview:
- Review commercial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Accurately enter application data into underwriting tool
- Adhere to all underwriting policies and procedures
- Ensure proper and correct decisions for applications submitted, placing emphasis on response time, quantity of applications processed, and quality of applications approved or denied
- Gather all information required for insurance quotes and sales from the store and customer
- Present insurance quotes that best meet the customer’s needs
- Ensure that all required documents are initialed and or signed, and saved in the correct place with each completed sale
- No outbound insurance calls, no cold calls
- Potential monthly bonus based on quality assurance and insurance sales conversion rate
- Other duties as assigned by management
- 1-2 years of data entry and/or loan underwriting experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet production, quality and service standards
- Must be able to work evenings
- Ability to assess information with strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
