Are you eager to help lead your discipline, serve as an expert of your craft and have a global impact? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Monetization Designer to join our new AAA team, Uncapped Games. The ideal candidate will help drive analysis for an all-new and original IP - serving as a paradigm shift for the RTS genre. What you'll get to do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive monetization strategy which encourages player engagement while balancing the player economy responsibly
• Collaborate with business operations to design, balance, and fine-tune in-game economies and pricing structures.
• Work with game design, art, and UI team to optimize asset design and in-game presentation to enhance the perceived value of in-game items to drive player engagement and purchases.
• Plan and implement monetization events, including special sales, and limited time offers that are targeted promotions to increase player monetization opportunities. As needed, coordinate and implement engagement events to enhance player participation and retention.

• Continuously gather and analyze player behavior and partner with data analytics to make data-driven adjustments to the monetization strategy and maintain a healthy in-game economy.

Requirements:
What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated monetization design experience for live-service games (large scale competitive genres preferred).
• Prioritize gameplay experience, with the ability to strike a balance between monetization strategies and allocating in-game resources to enhance user engagement and uphold the game's reputation.

• User-centric, data oriented, strong analytical and logical thinking skills, coupled with a collaborative, open-minded, and self-motivated mindset.
• Proven passionate approach to work cross-functionally with multiple departments (i.e. business operations, game design, data, publishing) to drive towards consensus and optimal results for what is best for the game.

Pluses:

• A passion for RTS, strategy or MOBA games.

• Experience seeing multiple titles to completion, starting all the way from the pre-production phase to post launch data support.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $82,800 to $201,300 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
