We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our new AAA team, Uncapped Games in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate for this role will provide essential support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting team members in their roles, and have passion for learning and practicing game production skills.

Requirements:
What You'll Get to Do:

• Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the team. Taking meeting notes when necessary.
• Prepare, organize and maintain documents, reports and records relevant to the team's operations.
• Serve as a point of contact between the team and other departments for events coordination, onboarding support.
• Manage the inventory of team storage (goodies, team shirts, etc.), reorder when necessary.
• Assist with tracking the team's expenses and involved in budget planning for team events.
• Help team members with various administrative tasks.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new members.
• Event planning and execution, owning team building activities.
• Plan and book travel for team members.
• Working with multiple departments to coordinate activities involving multiple departments in a large Global company.
• Assist with other producers on day-to-day production responsibilities.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $31.21 to $75.63 per hour. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
